Yes. SAFTEC supports logo labels, custom enclosures, BMS configuration, communication protocols, terminals, cables and packaging for distributors, installers and project buyers.
What is the minimum order quantity and typical lead time?
MOQ can start from 1 unit for testing or demo projects. For OEM branding or customized production, MOQ usually depends on the model and configuration. Standard or repeat orders are usually faster, while new custom projects may need sample confirmation first.
What certifications do your batteries have for international shipping?
SAFTEC can support UN38.3, MSDS, CE and related test documents based on the battery model and order requirements. Some telecom and home storage models can also support IEC62619 or IEC62133 documentation when applicable.
Are your batteries compatible with popular inverters and UPS systems?
Yes. Our LiFePO4 battery modules can support CAN, RS485, Bluetooth or other communication options. Compatibility with inverter or UPS brands should be confirmed based on voltage, BMS protocol and project requirements.
How long is the cycle life of your LiFePO4 batteries?

Batteries are protected with suitable foam, cartons, pallets and export packaging. For international shipments, we can support required labels, test documents and shipping information for sea or air freight.
