24V-Class AGV Batteries
25.6V LiFePO4 configurations are available for compact AGVs, transfer vehicles and lower-voltage automation equipment.
Capacity, discharge current, enclosure size and connection method can be adjusted according to the vehicle.
48V-Class AGV Batteries
48V or 51.2V configurations can be developed for AGVs and mobile robots with higher energy and power requirements.
The final nominal voltage and operating voltage range must be matched to the vehicle controller and charger.

From Confirmed Specifications to Tested Battery Packs
Each custom AGV battery project begins with specification confirmation. Components, structure and testing requirements are reviewed before sample or production assembly.
1. Requirement Review
The application, voltage, capacity, current, size, communication and charging requirements are collected and checked.
2. Component Confirmation
Cells, BMS, enclosure, connectors, cables and protection components are selected according to the confirmed battery configuration.
3. Battery Pack Assembly
Cells and pack components are assembled according to the approved electrical and mechanical requirements. The BMS, wiring, terminals and protection components are installed and checked.
4. Functional Testing
Typical checks can include cell matching, wiring and polarity inspection, BMS protection functions, communication, and charge and discharge performance.
5. Final Inspection and Packing
Appearance, labels, connectors, order information and packaging are checked before shipment.

FAQ
Can we order a sample before bulk production?
Sample or pilot-order support is available for suitable projects. The sample configuration, cost, testing requirements and expected follow-up quantity should be confirmed during the quotation stage.
Can we continue using our existing AGV charger?
Possibly, but the charger cannot be approved based on voltage alone. SAFTEC needs to check its output voltage, charging current, charging profile, connector and any required communication with the battery or vehicle.
What if we do not have a complete battery drawing?
You can begin with the existing battery label, compartment dimensions, connector photos, vehicle voltage, load information and required runtime. Additional specifications can then be identified during the project review.
Can a lead-acid AGV battery be replaced with LiFePO4?
A replacement can be evaluated, but it should not be treated as an automatic drop-in change. Battery voltage, charger compatibility, available space, weight distribution, connectors and vehicle control requirements must all be checked before the replacement configuration is confirmed.
