FAQ
Can you match a battery to our existing ice cream tricycle freezer?
Yes. Send the freezer voltage, rated and starting power, target temperature, daily operating hours, installation space and destination market. SAFTEC will return a matched battery or complete power-system proposal.
Can one battery power both the freezer and an electric drive motor?
It can be engineered, but a separate refrigeration battery is usually preferred because freezer runtime remains predictable when the traction battery is low. A shared battery architecture is evaluated only after drive voltage, peak current, BMS capacity, DC/DC conversion and load priority are confirmed.
Can the solar panel charge while the freezer is running?
Yes, when the system is correctly configured. Actual solar contribution depends on available sunlight, panel output, battery state of charge and total operating load; it should not be treated as a fixed all-day runtime guarantee.
What do you need before quoting?
Freezer datasheet, cart type, target runtime, ambient conditions, available installation space, accessory loads, charging preference, quantity and destination country. A photo or drawing is helpful but not mandatory for the first review.
